The project involves the construction of a complex in Long Street in Anzola Emilia (BO), which includes two soccer fields with adjoining building used as changing rooms / services, and the caretaker’s cottage in Long Street in Anzola Emilia (BO ).
field illumination. The project was drawn up in accordance with UNI-EN 12193: 2008 “of sports lighting installations” and the Norms Cones for sports facilities – Resolution of the National Council of n.1379 / 2008 Cones for soccer fields. three stakes have been provided on each side of the two playing fields, so as to ensure a good level of illuminance and high uniformity, without annoying shadows for players.
Photovoltaic system. In observance of D.A.L. n.156 / 2008 for approval of the Regional Law 20/2000 for the “general law on the protection and use of land”, it is expected to be installed on the south of the building aquifer to use changing rooms / services a photovoltaic system to partial architectural integration of rated power of 3kWp for housing and equal to 0,33kW for 65sqm of floor space used for other purposes. This plant is greater than the minimum of 1kW limit provided for civilian homes.
Building used as changing rooms / services and caretaker home. the following electrical systems were designed: earthing system; electrical systems for lighting and power; video intercom system; TV system antenna; telephone system. With regard to thermal plants, a central heating system is designed for heating and production of sanitary hot water. For the distribution of the heat carrier is provided for a system with radiant floor panels.
External area. In the outside area it has been designed a lighting system for the access road and the area devoted to parking lots in compliance with local regulations.
